Monday
28th August 2006, Angmering Sports Ground was the venue for a
charity dog show held to raise funds for Shih Tzu rescue. The show
was organised by Shih Tzu exhibitors Maggie Flack (Mifcah) and Carol
Mead (Chaucer). The weather was kind to Maggie and Carol and the sun
shone. Exhibitors had the benefit of the Sports Ground's Club House
and a Barbecue and refreshment stall on the show ground. The ground
condition was perfect, better than many of our Champ Shows. There
was ample car parking close to the rings and plenty of space to
spread out and enjoy a picnic or exercise the dogs. |

Harvey's litter were all named after Santa's reindeer, "You know
Dasher and Dancer, and Prancer and Vixen; Comet and Cupid, and
Donner and Blitzen . . . " somehow Harvey got to be
Vixen instead of Blitzen and that's why he has a girl's name!
Harvey, known at home as Harvey Howler, was bred by Mrs Yvonne
Taylor of Haywards Heath. |

just started showing and have competed at a couple of Open Shows.

had lots of very desirable prizes. Top prize was the services of a
