East Of England 2003
judge Mrs E F Wilson
The bitches in general are so much better than the dogs, that in itself is concern enough, but there’s more! White of eye is still with us, as are narrow crowded jaws, very poor fronts and top lines, flat tails appear to be on the increase, hind action of many exhibits is both unsound and untypical, oriental expression is hard to find, type, size and substance varies greatly. Well presented flowing coats look great from the ringside, "hands on’ is a very different "kettle of fish’. One hears the old old story "The same exhibits win all the time’. The remedy is in your own hands, breed something better - if you can! However I was very pleased with my principle winners and wish them well. I make brief comments only on my placings.
