My thanks to the Society and exhibitors for your warm welcome. Wide divergence of type and size made it difficult to be consistent in my placings. I tried to judge strictly to the standard point for point with sound movement, topline and style deciding factors in close decisions.

Very good front, balanced strong well arched neck, well laid shoulder, level topline and correctly set tail with good carriage. Well angulated and muscled up hindquarters. Moves soundly with excellent reach and drive, maintaining lovely topline throughout. BPIS.

Very close decision between these two, in hindsight should have asked 2 to return to compete for RBD
1 Cedarhythe Licence To Tease Morhenjo BD, BIS. Well constructed dog and so well balanced with no exagerations. Lovely head, eye and expression, open nostrils and good mouth. Well arched neck, good front and shoulder placement, good substance in body and well sprung ribcage, carried well back. Level topline and well set tail. Well muscled hindquarters producing strong driving action. Moves with style and accuracy covering the ground and maintaining proud headcarriage. His sparkling temperament and arrogance won me over completely - wagged his tail every time he met my eye and just seemed to get better as the day progressed.

1 Rossvale Merlins Magic at Kadaz Third in the good Junior class and certainly not disgraced by that placing. Very typical well balanced dog of smaller type but still is masculine and has good substance in body. Good head, skull and expression. Strong solid body with well sprung ribcage and level topline. Well set and carried tail. Moving well with reach and drive and holding an elegant topline.

1 Jaquinta One Step Beyond acquinta One Step Beyond. Gold and white, standing alone and in need of furnishings, particularly at the rear. Decent head, skull and eye and with good forequarterassembly. Happy outgoing character and moving out with purpose and arrogant attitude. Prefer firmer hindquarters and more typical tail carriage.

1 Huxlor Red White 'n' Blue Nice outline when stacked, pleasing head and eye with typical soft and knowing expression. Good pigmentation and mouth. Strong well arched neck, level topline, perhaps a touch long in loin and lacking bodyweight today. Well angulated and muscular hindquarters.

1 Pekoe Son Of A Gun RBD. Eye catching gold with lovely topline stacked and on the move. though perhaps could be a touch more maasculine in outlook. Has presence, is superbly presented in lovely coat and well handled. Good bone and substance in ribcage and body, reachy neck, level topline and very pleasing head and expression. Looked the finished article but he lost out to superior front and rear construction to Junior.

1 Hiona Fly Me To The Moon Grey and white, very sturdy with gorgeous head and eye. Good mouth, decent front and good depth of chest. Level topline. In good coat. Prefer more strength in hindquarters.

Found this class particulary difficult. Would willingly have taken either of the very promising 6 months babies home as I feel sure they will finish superior specimens given a couple of months. In hindsight maybe I shoud have gone with my heart on this one.
1 Jonarye Bedazzled Put in a polished performance and has real personality. Attractive head, eye and expression. Well constructed and balanced with strong sturdy body, well ribbed back and good neckline. Moving out well covering the ground with good topline and correct high tail carriage. In good coat and body condition. Feel she must not grow on.

Level topline and nicely balanced throughout. In good coat and condition. Moved out soundly and with style and good reach and drive.

1 Senobles Madam Butterfly Very correct, feminine and of ideal size. Her colour, a dull solid gold, does her no favours. Nice head and typical expression. Good mouth. Excellent front with good depth of chest, strong neck, well sprung ribcage and strong solid body. Level topline. Well angulated behind and in good coat and hard muscular condition. Comes into her own on the move when you really get to see her true shape and typical attitude. Feel more could be made of her when stacked.

1 Santosha Struttin' Her Stuff at Dolha Liked this bitch on the table, very typy, everything in the right place and has quality throughout, if short of a luxurious full coat. Moved well at the start of the class to show good reach, drive and excellent head and tail carriage. Lost her confidence as the class progressed but won the class on her overall quality.

1 Weatsom Heaven's Above  Feminine black in good coat and of nice size. Her solid black colour does her no favours as she appears short in muzzle which detracts from the desired expression. It took some time to fully evaluate her head properties but concluded as her skull, stop, nose, eye alignment, muzzle and mouth are actually to standard I could not let that distract me. Well constructed with super front, well sprung deep ribcage, carrfied well back and well laid shoulder. Strong well arched neck and well muscled hinduqarters and loin. Level topline and good tailset with decent carriage. In good coat and body conidition. Moved very soundly with dignified carriage. In the final analysis I turned her into a gold in my minds eye and decided that she would look very eyecatching indeed which gave her the class and Reserve BB.

Close call between these two though of completely different type, if anything 2 more my type but superior neck and tail carriage on 1 won her the day.
1 Cedarhythe Classic Design JW Would have liked this bitch a touch smaller and more feminine for perfection but she is so well balanced and handles well on the table. Not the glamour of 2 but more correct in construction and I particularly liked her expression and attitude. On the move kept a proud topline, with good tail carriage and used herself to advantage showing good reach and drive. In lovely coat over strong, well muscled solid body. BB, RBIS.
