Thank you for a lovely entry and the friendly atmosphere round the ring. I like a Shih Tzu with level topline and proudly held head and tail, a solid body on short legs and with breadth and balance of head properties. In close decision these points were the clinchers. BIS was the dog, Santosha Yours Truly at Lauramist. RBIS was Socorro Uptown Girl. BP was Tsantha Sunnyside Up at Sazkey.
MPD. 1. Mollard’s, Rysemar
Flame Dancer. BPD. 6 months old. Lacking development for age. Attractive
head and expression. Level topline. Good bone and ribcage. Moved
soundly.
2. Ritchie’s, Ambergate Thats the Story. 7 months old. Good outline with
high tail carriage and short legs. Large dark eyes. Not so pleasing in
front.
PD. 1. Ritchies’, Ambergate Cast No Shadow. 7 months old lacking in maturity for age. Has a broad head and large dark eyes. Short well boned legs and well held tail. Just needs to tighten in front.
JD. (3). 1. Salt’s,
Passionelle Way Out West. 17 months old striking b/w in larger mould.
Broad head and nose. Good depth and breadth of chest with tight elbows.
Good neck and balancing high set tail carriage. Moved ok.
2. Herrington’s, Rosaril Mister Mischief. 12 months old gold who looked
better on the move than on the table. Excellent broad head and muzzle
with correct nose placement, large dark eyes. Pleasing proportions of
leg to body length and high tail set and carriage.
3. Shaw’s, Harropine Bono of Wiseowls. 17 months old longer on the leg
than the winners. Level topline and good movement but would like higher
tailset.
ND. 1. Roe’s, Jacquinta One Step Beyond at Hyogi. Good placement of nose and eye. Well laid shoulders. Could have broader chest. Moved well in front but restricted behind.
GD. (4). 1. Passionelle Way
Out West.
2. Scannell’s, Jacquinta Arf a Chance. B.w who could do with more width
in head and in chest. Large dark eye. Good length of neck and firm
topline with high tail carriage. Preferred movement of winner.
3. Rosaril Mister Mischief.
PGD. 1. Chadwick’s, Santosha
Casanova to Hajenza. Gold who moved well showing off his head and tail
carriage. Good width in head and muzzle with large dark eye. Has length
of neck but needs more depth and width of brisket.
2. Wilsher’s, Balise Mr D’Arcy. G/w. Good width of head with correct
nose and eye placement. Well off for bone and has depth and length of
ribs. Moved well with high tail carriage. Would prefer more bend of
stifle.
LD. (3). 1. Paczkowski’s,
Santosha Yours Truly at Lauramist. BD. Gold/w, best of heads and
expressions from broad nose, aligned with large dark eyes set well
apart. Good dentition. Well boned, short legs, padded feet, width and
depth of chest. Firm topline with strong couplings. A picture on the
move with balancing head and tail carriage and drive from firm low
hocks. In the final challenge for BIS he won with his super head and
soundness.
2. Vose’s, Thairo Tribial Pursuit for Cimona. RBD. Very nice exhibit
with good substance. Scored in rear angulation and drive. Nice width of
head and eyes, but preferred nose placement of winner. Width, depth and
length of ribs with level topline and compact loin.
3. Jones and Harp’s, Suthis Fact Not Fiction among Carlita. G/w with
broad head and good nose and eye placement. Well off for bone, high tail
set and carriage. Preferred movement of winners.
OD. (6). 1. Thairo Trivial
Pursuit for Cimona.
2. Sim’s, Delwins Student Prince of Denroma. Grey and white who moved
well with firm topline and high tail carriage. Width in head and muzzle,
correct nose placement. Good substance in body but preferred neck length
and of winner.
3. Scannell’s, Jacquinta If By Chance JW. B/w with pleasing outline and
balance. Broad head with alert expression. Good width, depth and length
of ribbing. Preferred tail carriage of the winners.
MPB. (3). 1. Williams’,
Paliden Swinging on a Star. Red gold 6 months old. Has a lot going got
her. Excellent head and expression, good head and tail carriage. Well
laid shoulders, level topline, short legs , good bone and feet. Moved
steadily with well angulated rear.
2. Jones and Harp’s, Princess Amelia among Carlita. Very nice b/w 6
months old. Not the neck and shoulder line of winner, but has a broad
head with good placement of nose and eye. Good substance, well ribbed up
with level topline and high set and carried tail. Moved soundly.
3. Ritchie’s, Ambergate Song Bird. Gold and white. 7 months old. Another
nice one who looked good going round with firm topline and well held
tail. Not as secure in movement.
PB. (5). 1. Morris’s, Tsantha
Sunnyside Up at Sazkey. BPIS 11 months old sable with most appealing
head and expression. Well placed broad nose, good width between the
large dark eyes. Excellent neck, shoulder and front. Good width, depth
and length of ribcage. Compact loin and firm hindquarters. Held her
topline on the move with high tail and drive from low hocks.
2. Brown’s, Rossvale Miss Scarlet. Gold and white 11 months old. Pleased
in head, eye and nose placement but not such a broad nose leather as
winner. Good substance and depth. Hindquarters are strong with bend of
stifle and firm hocks. Higher on the leg in profile.
3. Crossley’s, Santosha Carte Norie. 11 months old black. Super
presentation with gleaming coat. Head held well on strong neck with
equal balance to tail carriage. Preferred the hindquarters of winner.
JB. (3). 1. Tsantha Sunnyside
Up at Sazkey.
2. Stephenson’s, Rosaril a Little More Jazz. Sable 13 months old, close
up. Lovely broad head with width of nose and strong muzzle. Large dark
eyes. Level topline and good strength behind.
3. Ritchie’s, Laurmerand Wish Me Luck. B/w 15 months old. Good head and
tail carriage with firm topline. Could have more width in head but has
large dark eyes and broad nose. Good balance in length of leg to body.
Not so free in movement as winner.
MB. (4). 1. Paliden Swinging
on a Star.
2. Princess Amelia among Carlita.
3. Roe’s, Golden Spell. 9 months old g/w with hidden qualities. Good
width of head and between eyes. Correct nose placement. Moved well in
front, slightly stilted behind.

2. Farnworth’s, Tsantha Sugar Plum Fairy. G/w with good outline. Width
of head and muzzle but prefer less prominent eye. Good nose placement.
Firm topline and high tail carriage.
3. Shaw’s, Harropine Secret Star. Sound red with excellent width between
large, dark eyes. Well made fore and aft. Preferred shorter legs of the
winners.

Girl. BB. Stylish mover showing arrogance in head and tail carriage.
Good head properties with broad well placed nose. Tight front, depth of
chest. Well boned short legs, strong hindquarters. Sound.
2. Martin’s, Grandavon Orange Orchid. Gold and white. Attractive and
feminine head. Good bone and ribcage. Moved soundly and with style.
Preferred outline of winner.
OB. 1. Brown’s, Rossvale She’s Bewitching. Well presented g/w. Densely coated with good undercoat. Low hocks, well held head and tail.

Mylurose Top Gun. Really smart trimming in Yankee style which showed off
his sturdy body and legs. Proud head and tail carriage. Firm topline.
2. Dunn’s, Metsdale Mingan Teddy Bear Style. Chunky fellow with good
bone and feet. Strong head, dark eye.
3. Roe’s, Okandistar Darlin Delaware. Not exactly trimmed but just a
baby showing off her Shih Tzu happy temperament.
BRACE 1. Scanell’s well matched and typy b/w, males who went round so jauntily with good head and tail carriage.
